COFFEE BEANS CHARACTER & CONCEPT

Ristretto Ristretto Small, quick espresso shot

Less volume espresso (15~20㎖) extracted quickly,
served in an espresso cup with rich, smooth taste.

Espresso Espresso Italian classic coffee made by forcing hot water through finely ground beans

Strong Italian coffee served in a small demitasse cup,
pure coffee flavor, low caffeine due to quick extraction.
'Espresso' means 'fast'.

Lungo Lungo Longer espresso shot extracting more bitter flavors

Lungo means 'long' in Italian; doubles espresso volume,
more bitter taste similar to Americano’s aftertaste.
